The Eagle Eye being designed for a Halogen light is why you might want to consider doing a true HID Projector.

Parts cost about $350 shipped with the Halo ring.
If you do it yourself that's all you would have in it. Thats the projector, bulbs, ballasts, plug-in wiring harness, shroud, Halo ring and all. To have a pro install and align you'll probably spend $150-$200 depending on things like shipping costs.
You can pick up a set of OEM Halogens from someone that did something like the AAC or Eagle Eye. They seem to be going for $125-$150. Then either sell yours or keep them to be able to go back to stock.
So...max you're probably looking at around $600 but you'll have a true high quality HID Projector with high quality ballasts and bulbs. Not to mention the great customer service they provide.
It's all in what you want to do. Not that the Eagle Eye is a bad option but just understand the differnces and know there are more options before you make your final decision.
