Saw a red SS with black rally stripes on Whittier Blvd in Whitter with the hood wide open, but nobody around it at appx 9:20 am.

Then say a black SS/ white rally stripes on Lambert in LaHabra around 6pm in Brea area. Brand new, no plates.
