Thanks for the replies and opinions. I specifically asked the dealer if the loyalty bonus would apply since the car is not considered brand new, and he said yes, if my name is on the GM customer list. I think the public loyalty promotion may have ended in July, but there is still apparently a private offer going from GM. See the first post in this thread from Becky@Rodgers Chevrolet.
