I really don't thik anyone think you were unreasonable at all, But as long as they take care of you and your issues all is well.

Maybe just maybe a lesson of good communication can be learned somewhere in all this so that others do not have to go through these issues and hopefully these issues will not arise again. I guess that is what we can ALL hope for.
