I'm still trying.. Up till March the came out 8 times and did not fix anything. Then they started ignoring me. Even the owner of the company won't return calls, respond to emails or letters, etc. I finally got a quote from someone else to get it finished and am waiting. I have had to hire an Attorney. I'll probably have to sue them as they have ignored the Attorney...
