You hold the hand palm outward, curl the tips of the four fingers downward, and bend the middle knuckle down as well. Your fingers are thus tucked as short as they'll go. Keeping the thumb outstretched you display the palm side of the hand toward your audience while holding the arm forward and at an angle that places the hand at about or above shoulder level. Although its meaning is very aggressive indeed, to keep it polite on this family forum, let's just say it says, "¡La tuya!"
