But, hell ya......... So how long do I have to take it easy on the tune before I can boost it?
Or do I need to take it 'Mr. Daisy' till I get dyno-tuned?

Nah with the 3.8 pulley and the stock maggie tune... you are good. that's a nanny tune so I'm guessing the afr is in the low 11's... You should probably hook up a fuel pressure gauge and tape it to the windshield and make a couple WOT runs into top of 4th to see if there are any noticeable drops in fuel pressure....
after a couple drives where you are sure all the fluids/pressure are good.. make sure the car is as hot as it will get under normal driving conditions...
I'd say do a couple WOT runs through about 4th... make sure there are no leaks smoke or problems. Leave the windows up and turn everything else off and listen for any thing that sounds bad.
After a couple confidence runs into 4th gear with no problems... you are good to go my man
Edit:
the biggest thing you should worry about is going WOT at too low an RPM in too high of a gear. this is really a problem for the manual guys but still... building boost with that much of a load is really really bad.
the other thing to avoid is redline in 5th or 6th for very long... now, you would be going well over 100 mph at that point but still that's a good way to toast a ring landing...
toasting the tires 1st - 4th should be fair game my man.

right in the sweet spot.
