Everywhere I stop in Houston people are commenting on how awesome it looks. Most have not seen another one driving around town, including myself.
Has anyone else with an automatic experienced this with the tire spinning?

Let me get this straight. You are a brand new owner of a 400HP rear wheel drive muscle car and can't figure out how to burnout? Yet in the same post your talking about drag racing some stang on public roads while driving to dinner with the wife.?



Beyond that, you really should break in the car first before you start trying to burnout and drag race the car. It can lead to some major damage down the road.
Also visit youtube and search camaro vs mustang wreck.. Food for thought.
