I Smell Bull too. Then again, Maybe it was some kind of Survey. If this is not Bull, this gives me more hope for a surprise announcement at the Dayton 500. If the Full Production date is still March 16, 2009, then it seems a little early for such a question. Unless, Full Production is back on for this Month.
