The wire splices in on the turn signals......the middle wire.

Browsed 2010 Camaro and found two sets of part numbers for HIDs:
92240994 HID Headlight, Left, MSRP=$900.43, $642.91 + $154.30 = $797.21
92240995 HID Headlight, Right, MSRP=$879.79, $642.91 + $154.30 = $797.21
92243101 HID Headlight, Left, MSRP=$808.36, $577.17 + $138.52 = $715.69
92243102 HID Headlight, Right, MSRP=$808.36, $577.17 + $138.52 = $715.69
Not sure which is correct, but the cheaper set is $1154 + S&H. I hope the combined HID kit is cheaper.
