Shot a ~950lb black bear last year, it was pretty good! I've had spare and bear ribs now  . Also had buffalo, venison, squirrel, ostrich, rabbit, alligator..... I could list on for a while |
wow. lol I haven't had a lot of different meats out of the norm. Just moose, elk, caribou (raindeer) lol, Grouse, ptarmigan and rabbit. i think that's it.
