A grind that bad almost seems like the clutch isn't dissengaging some times. Ussually if the synchros are wiped out, it will grind just a bit on every shift. That seems like a no clutch release grind. I'd suspect the
hydraulic slave to possibly have issues. Which can be frustratingly intermittent.
Try to swing by the dealer when it is acting up.

The service manager drove it and told me I needed to put 20,000 miles on it before it would stop doing that! I'm going to drop by on Monday after work and show him my video proof. Feel free to comment on the video, he will definitely see it!
