got my car back from the delaer Friday with the new style syncro (black carbon fiber), syncro slider assembly, blocker ring and second gear. All those parts are listed earlier in this tread. Does not grind now, shifts much smoother than it ever did, seems like a slightly long throw 1st to 2nd, but maybe that just me after not driving it for almost 3 weeks (one week at the dealer, two weeks of bad weather). I don't think my issue had anything to do with the clutch.
