Tog, did they list the required shims on your new rebuild? That is one of the issues discussed in the Forum was the required input shaft shims to give you the correct clearance and play so there is no chatter. Also at issue was the pressure plate bolts backing out and becoming loose. Sounds like a thread locker may be in order to correct this issue as well. I HATE bugs in new cars!!! All so frustrating.
