The LS2/3 motors start life as a Corvette motor. To get real world facts, figures and commentary I suggest you visit the Corvette Forum and see for your self what over 125,000 (double that if you include the LS1/LS6 motors) vette owners have to say about these motors.
BTW in real world driving my modded (exhaust/intake) 06 Vette returns 30+ MPG that's equal to my wifes 08 I4 Accord. These motor's are bullet proof.
Geez there is an entire community of car owners that can speak with authority and from experience about these motors. Take advantage of this. It's not like these motors are brand new, they have millions of miles on them owned and operated by some of the most die hard gear heads on the planet.
