I voted in this poll a few weeks ago. I think if Ocean City does anything with a Concrete center with boards on each side with option 2, it will resemble the remodeled Boardwalk below 4th street that they did about 11 years ago. All I can say is it's about time the rest of the Boardwalk gets remodeled.
