Norcal really consists of 2 areas
Bay Area
Sacramento area
Not a lot of people from the sac area, so normally norcal means SF Bay Area.
Unless you're really trying to push for a segregated club, you might not get much response.
I know of 3 people with 5th gens on this forum that live in san jose with you being one of them. 1 doesn't post here anymore either. good luck
