May is too risky for snow, as I've often seen snow on the May long weekend. July doesn't work for me, as too many people are on vacation around that time of year.

I used to work in Lake Louise, I've seen snow in every month there always a risk in the mountians, but whatever date I should be able to work it in. Just want to Drive on some nice dry pavement
