It's been confirmed several times that ABL is still being worked on and that there's a chance that it doesn't get finished. Scott said that ABL is one of the reasons for the delay as well. It's not like they're not done formulating the CGM color or something. And just today the
Daytona 500 pace car was unveiled which includes cgm.
