Well of course a GM rep is going to say that, the car is supposed to go against the GT500. Do you think by saying "yea it should keep up with the gt500" be a smart thing to say? You cant have doubts on a car like this or even show any doubts being that you work for GM.
We will only know which car will be the better one untill this car is released and we see track times. Car Mag times dont count to me, usually some guys who really cant drive the cars that well will run them.
