I think the point here is that the op wanted help as we all do to get as much from his car as he can and saying do the odvious by getting a v8 doesnt help him. We see that comment way to much. He knows that and if a v8 was his choice, sounds like he would be in the ss forums already and no here. |

This is not about v8 vs v6. This is about v6 and in my opinion the v6 is in its own league as well as the v8. If I wanted to dish out for a v8 I would not even have gotten a camaro. There are way more better v8 platform than a camaro, maybe I would have pre ordered a boss 302 if I wanted a v8 that bad. Some of us are not as rich or retired like some of you v8 owners, in a real world situation I have to think about gas, insurance, and payments along with real family issues. I simply just wish that our new v6 can get some tuners love as the demand is there, whoever said that I want to go as fast as a SS? but I dont want it to be limited to only intake and exhaust and I think alot of us v6'ers are getting tired of waiting and waiting. So this has nothing to do with a v8 discussion period.
