Maybe you can enlighten us on how you can defy the laws of physics and get a 3860lb vehicle (curb weight, no driver) down in the deep 12's, let alone the 11's?

Let's take what we know about the car so far. The stick version of the SS weighs 3860lbs. If the driver only weighed 150lbs, that would put the weight of the car at 4010lbs. Now, let's say the engine is under-rated at 426hp and actually makes 440hp. We will also assume only a 15% drivetrain loss with the manual int he car. That gives us 374hp to the wheels. A car weighing 4010lbs with 374hp, with ideal conditions, should cover the 1/4 mile in about 12.8x seconds. That's a far cry from deep 12's, let alone 11's.

I guess it depends on what your definition of a stock car is.
