The RS package has nothing to do with the limiter

. The RS is just an apperance, not a performance upgrade. The LS models (18" wheels) top at 118mph w/ the limiter. The LT1, LT2, SS1 & SS2 (19" & 20") top out at 155mph w/ the limiter.
