Supposedly, the long tube is going to give you a bit more HP/TQ, but the install is also more involved (and you have to replace your washer bottle). Check out this link to SCRMING's thread. Seems like a pretty big PITA to me...

I have the short ram version, and I haven't had any trouble so far. It will definitely give you a better sound, and probably a bit more pep. Also, it looks like the Vararam might
finally come out for the V6. You might wanna check that out too. If it's actually released, and proves to be a good system, it looks like it could give some nice gains
