You have got to be kidding, right? The only time a show display car is started is moving it into place and moving it out at the end. Anything else is a significant fire code issue. In Dallas, each display car has to have a fire department inspection and sticker placed on the windshield noting that the inspection has been conducted and passed. This includes disconnecting the battery and securing the fuel filler as best as I can tell from attending past shows.
You want to hear one...wait until about 4 weeks after 3/16 and head to your local dealer that gets one.
