$47,000 or so would be a good fair price. My concern is if the dealers mark up the price to $55,000 or more. This would kill the movement forward in Camaro ZL1 sales, for it would be outpriced for many people wanting to drive this car. I am sitting back and waiting till March 2013 at the earilest in purchasing either a 2012 model or May 2013 for a 2013 model. Hopefully by the time the new of the car will wear off and the price will even out where it should be. Also waiting allows other buyers to either praise or condem the car over its possible short comings. Lucky I am a very patient man, I can wait. If the price is too sky high, might as well look at a slightly used Z06 vette!
