Yes it will make a difference. The factory springs are really soft.

Have you noticed that when you sit in the car it moves up and down, once you change your spring that will be the first thing you notice no longer happens.

If you time your bushings then the ride quality will be almost the same but you will notice that it is a little firmer when going into a corner. To really firm up the cornering you will need sways and end links.
