You do tend to ramble, don't you? Well, the monthly concensus tells the dealer how many sold orders(pre-orders) he'll be allowed to submit for production, and the weekly constraints tells him what he can't order...certain color, option, engine, etc.. It's not "what kind of car comes in". If the constraint says no CGM, either you change your body color or he submits one of his other pre-orders. That help?
