Even though the order was submitted from a central location, that person should be able to fax your dealer a copy of the order, called Order Workbench, which will contain the 6 character alpha/numeric order number. The only way to track the order is through the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center at 800-222-1020 or your dealer.
Accepted or pulled for production is the point at which changes are no longer possible, but that's not likely to have occured yet. You should still be able to make changes. You may have to "apply pressure" on your dealer if you decide you want to make a change. Hope this helps.
