Been there man out here in AZ. Last year I to forcibly evict two renters for violating 4 parts of their lease agreements. Needless to say they got real pissed and tired to squeeze me for money. I actually had to kick one out in the middle of the night for a fight with ex.... Good thing I was familar with leasing laws
