I'll also make sure they order the Input Shaft Shims, part number 19178669-76. I wrote down the part and dealer info from others who have gotten theirs fixed correctly as well. Hopefully the service manager will be willing to call another dealership to verify that this is an actual problem and not just "Operating as Designed".....
