You need to triple check the front of the box to make sure it's not sitting on the rubber hose of the AC line. And as Mike mentioned, toward the back if the box it is likely sitting on the edge of the clip that holds the aluminum ac tubing. Mine was sitting on both...and I was initially sure I had it on correctly.
