In about 45 seconds, I was renewed for another year with an honest-to-gosh person who spoke english like a first language. Perfect! Not at all like my last Dell 'experience'....we fired Dell by the way. Next computer will be anything but a Dell.
I have the new Macbook Pro, but if your wanting to stay with windows operating system then i recommend an HP laptop. My dad just bought my sisters one and its a great computer for $700 with tax. Never will we purchase anything sony. My sisters had a sony vaio and it now messed up. Had it repaired to find it messed up just 3 months after the repair. Customer service for sony is crap too. All the electronics ranging from DVD player to our digital camera to our handicam to our LCD HDTV etc. at my house is sony, but it seems like sony doesn't care so much for quality anymore. I highly recommend you stay away from sony!
