I don't think it has to do with the liberals as much as it has to do with safety.

What seems to have happened is someone(s) innocent (non-liberal ) got F@#% up by a (non-liberal's ) not in compliance with the proposed H.B. 3147 and they are trying to prevent another occurrence and provide safety to all in a legal way.
