that wont buff out, sad to see man, it looks like all it would need is a GOOOOOD cleaning, but i know it will never be the same.
my friend drives a water damaged C5 'vette Z06 and it had issues all over the place, it sounded like it had water sitting in the exhaust until he got a new catback system, and his lights all flickered and kind of had a mind of their own until he replaced an electronic system under the pass. seat. now it's all running fine.
it can be done, it just depends on if you're willing to put in the time and $ to fix it
