The GXP has MUCH better overall gearing than the Camaro. The Camaro won't even get out of third in the 1/4 and 4th gear is comparable to the 5th gear on the GXP. It's geared almost as if it has three overdrives! To just match the stock GXP it will need ~4.10's, and at that point it will only have respectable gearing. To have decent gearing of going 125mph through the traps in the 1/4 in 4th it will need the equivalent of 4.50 gears.
