I know that my wife's Jetta's transmission uses a form of mineral oil!! That fluid was $80+ a quart! You cannot use anything else, so it makes sense the same would hold true for the Camaro. I still want to put in my Royal Purple!!!

I put Royal Purple in my rearend and Mobil1 tranny oil in my Trans. Mobil1 was alot cheaper and is supposed to be as good.
