There is a hand polishing kit from Adams that's about 150 bucks and if you got the time and the hutspah to work it, I am sure you can bring your finish back with this kit. I have hand polished my previous vehicles with outstanding results! But I'm getting older and wanted to find a faster way that's safe so I got the Adams premium detail kit and that was a good move on my part!
