So i work at this place (factory) and i fired this guy for quality
. He got mad
, then said "I'm going to come back and bust up your car with a bat
" infront of me and my boss. So we walked him to the door. later my boss tells me the cops will be here in a few min
. I asked why, He said that anytime an employee (or property) is threatened then it is SOP
to notify the cops (keeping employees safe is number one, after the newwood shooting just down the street a few years back). So now i have a cop parked right next to my car keeping it safe
