Anyone have a problem with the A/C evaporater freezing up. We drove a few hrs with the A/C on, low fan. Noticed not much air blowing so I figured it was iced. I turned of the A/C with the button/switch but the compresssor was still turning when I checked under the hood. It would not shut off no matter what button I pushed. I shut off the engine, waited a while, restarted, then ice was coming out of the vents. Today driving the same for a few hrs no problem. Compressor turns off and on when I use the a/c button/switch now. ??? maybe a sensor??
Ant ideas anyone.
