Employees, directors, officers, agents, franchise owners, dealers or representatives of OnStar, LLC and General Motors of Canada Limited ("Sponsor"), General Motors LLC, Campbell Ewald Company, Creative Marketing Communications, Inc. ("Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, and advertising and promotion agencies ("Released Parties") and members of their immediate family are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same residence, at least three months per year, whether related or not.
