The spring rate doesn't translate into a certain drop. The spring is manufactured to give a certain drop and the spring rate is the "stiffness" of the recoil. The drop of each spring set is usually quoted in the description. The "typical" drop is 1in. Pfadt dropped theirs a tad lower to 1.25in to enhance the look while staying within the adjustability of the OEM alignment parts. BMR has a some different height springs as does H&R. Just know that the lower you go the higher the spring rate HAS to be in order to keep from bouncing off the bumpstops. That translates into a stiffer ride.
