Sorry, there is no real way for a dealer to prove his allocation for the up to Q3 ordering. I know some people are getting jagged into thinking that they are within allocation....Saw witness to that in Chicago.

So when you say if he has more, then after Sept. Do you mean that he has sold more than he is allocated?
