Been there, done it and I have to say no....and good luck even finding a dealer in VA that is selling at MSRP. Most wanted 2k to 3k deposit...non-refundable and anywhere from 4k-10k over MSRP. Even had one asshat tell there were no prices yet.
Ordered mine out of state and the whole process was smooth and the dealership/salesman was very professional.
