Horrible time to graduate from college :( I have been trying to get another job for almost a month now with no luck. I am living off my savings and a little money comming in from some part time work just to pay the groceries right now, So once I do get a job, my Student loans are going to be about ready to start having to be paid.. and I need to replenish the money I have spent from not having an income...so it's gonna be a year or two before I can get a used one. (Won't buy new, as I can't justify buying a new one when I can get a used one a year old with 10k miles on it for prob. 5-10k less)
So all you "Teens" getting a NEW car, congrats, and enjoy it, but make sure you consider yourself blessed, as you don't know how fortunate you are right now, compared to A LOT of people during these hard times.

+1. i'm in a very similar situation. graduated in may, had a job all summer in my field, but that contract ended & i've been looking for work since september. my savings are almost gone & i'm still waiting to hear about applications i've put in around town lately.
everyone who's young & getting this car should really count your blessings!
