Every tuner that I've seen offered some kind of noticeable gain with a stock motor.
To give you an idea. Here is the before and after with just a tune on a 100% stock 2005 V6 Mustang.
With gains like that, especially in the low end torque, now all of a sudden people who never thought about modifying there car are going, "hmmm... " and are very potential customers...
