Nope, what you have selected changes the gauges and all information displayed, in between US format A.K.A (MPG, Miles/Hour, Fahrenheit, ETC.) Canadian Metric and what you need to do is go into vehicle settings via the radio Config Button, there you will find your information pertaining to vehicle language settings.
