Debatable. Sometimes true, but very debatable. It depends alot on the industry you are talking about. There are still people heatstroking in the warehousing industry because some employers will not put in the measely 5 minutes you are supposed to get during the summer months for heat exaustion every hour.
Trust me, I file at least 5 complaints a week with OSHA in the summer, and those are just the people smart enough to break the time formula down when checking their standards. If everyone did that, I'd be filing over 400.
