Your not gonig to get traction on the streets anyway, surface prep or lack there of ..hahahaha
I run a nitto nt-01 on the rear and a goodyear f1 on the front..... 18x315 in the back, doesnt matter when you hit 525 -540 or more its tire spin time.. I can be driving down the street doesnt matter what speed and when you hit the power and get into the band where your making 500+ it starts to spin them... could be at 15 mph or could be at 60 mph... asphalt, concrete.. it isnt prepped to lay the power down
