It's one of two things...
Their advertised price was below a competitor's cost and they (the competitor) called in a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) violation.
or
They sold out of their previous year inventory (possibly bought in bulk @ a discount) and this years price increase from Volant was much greater than before... allowing them to catch a pricing error made prior.
Distributors want business, but not at a cost of running out of business
And as far as the BBB, I'm sure autoaccessoriesgarage has some small print somewhere stating "prices are subject to change" and "not responsible for errors blah blah blah..."
